NEW VIDEO: Wisconsin Cop Threw A Woman Head First Into A Jail Cell... Lost His Job, Then Became A Cop Again:
https://youtu.be/2oCTqOg739U
A Wisconsin woman's night in jail ended with a police officer lifting her completely off the ground and throwing her into a holding cell.
Jail surveillance footage captured 32-year-old Amanda Luke arguing with officers inside the Greenfield Police Department after being arrested for allegedly driving intoxicated and attempting to flee police.
According to investigators, Luke repeatedly demanded to make a phone call and became verbally confrontational.
But what happened next changed everything.
Surveillance video shows Officer Thomas Roszak grabbing Luke underneath her arms and lifting her entirely off the ground.
Her feet dangle in the air as Roszak carries her across the jail hallway.
Then he forcefully throws her into the holding cell.
According to court records, Luke struck a metal stool bolted to the floor before collapsing.
Officer Roszak's report described the incident as an escort in which Luke resisted and fell.
But investigators determined the surveillance footage did not match key parts of that account.
Roszak was criminally charged with felony misconduct in public office, later pleaded guilty to a reduced misdemeanor battery charge, and resigned from the Greenfield Police Department.
Years later, he returned to policing with another Wisconsin department before resigning again amid public backlash.
Amanda Luke may have been intoxicated and difficult to deal with.
But she was also a detainee inside a secure jail under the complete control of law enforcement.
And without surveillance video, the official story may have been the only story anyone ever heard.

NEW VIDEO: Nebraska Cops Use Chokehold On Man For Asking Questions, Then The Evidence Disappears:
https://youtu.be/31QHdiFikJA
A Nebraska family's encounter with police escalated from a vehicle tow dispute into allegations of excessive force, a warrantless home entry, missing video evidence, and criminal charges against officers.
According to a federal lawsuit, Octavius Johnson approached Omaha police officers to ask why his family's vehicles were being towed when Officer Bradley D. Canterbury suddenly placed him in a chokehold, threw him to the pavement, and repeatedly struck him.
As family members began recording the encounter, the situation allegedly spiraled further.
The lawsuit claims officers chased Juaquez Johnson into the family home without a warrant, arrested multiple family members, and threw Sharon Johnson, a disabled woman confined to a wheelchair, onto the floor before handcuffing her inside her own home.
But the most troubling allegations came afterward.
According to the complaint, Officer James T. Kinsella confiscated video recordings and a memory card containing footage of the incident. The lawsuit alleges the recordings later disappeared and were never returned.
Investigators ultimately fired Bradley D. Canterbury, James T. Kinsella, Aaron P. Von Behren, and Justin A. Reeve. Criminal charges were later filed against Kinsella and Von Behren in connection with allegations involving missing evidence and efforts to conceal what happened.
In the end, every criminal charge filed against the Johnson family was dropped.
The Johnson family later filed a federal civil rights lawsuit alleging excessive force, unlawful entry, false arrest, destruction of evidence, and civil conspiracy. The case ultimately concluded with a settlement in 2016.
The Johnson family case raises serious questions about police accountability, the treatment of citizens who record law enforcement activity, and what happens when the evidence at the center of a controversy suddenly disappears.
I released a full breakdown of the Johnson family case, including the footage, the officer firings, the criminal charges, the missing evidence allegations, and how a dispute over towed vehicles turned into one of Omaha's most controversial police misconduct scandals.

A LOOK BACK: Texas Cops Caught On Their Own Dashcam Conspiring Against Uber Driver:
https://youtu.be/c8E0Y6l7k80
Two Fort Worth police officers were caught on their own dashcam and audio recording system discussing how to justify a traffic stop after pulling over an Uber driver for a minor traffic violation.
Dashcam footage shows Uber driver Ryan Vining stopping at a red light before crossing slightly beyond the white stop line.
After the light turned green, he continued on his way.
Moments later, Officers Chadwick Hughes and C. Delgadillo of the Fort Worth Police Department initiated a traffic stop.
But what happened next was captured on their own patrol car recording.
Audio from the stop appears to show the officers discussing possible reasons to investigate Vining further, despite admitting they had not observed any signs of impairment before making contact with him.
The recording would later become the center of allegations that the officers were attempting to manufacture reasonable suspicion after the fact.
During my investigation, I obtained records from the Fort Worth Police Department confirming the identities of both officers seen in the dashcam footage.
It remains unclear whether either officer was disciplined over the incident.
However, roughly two years later, Officer Chadwick Hughes was fired by the Fort Worth Police Department over racially insensitive social media posts.
The Ryan Vining case raises serious questions about how some traffic stops begin, what officers say when they think nobody is listening, and whether citizens can truly rely on police reports when the recordings tell a different story.
I released a full breakdown of the Ryan Vining case, including the dashcam footage, the audio recordings, the internal records, and what happened to Officer Chadwick Hughes after the incident.

A LOOK BACK: North Carolina Cops Raid Compliant Man - Nearly Ending His Life, Then Realize They’re On Camera:
https://youtu.be/osUJt3sf31g
A disabled North Carolina man was shot multiple times by a SWAT team after appearing to fully comply with police commands during an early-morning raid.
Surveillance footage shows Jason Harley Kloepfer opening the door of his trailer with both hands raised after officers ordered him to come outside.
One hand held a cigarette.
The other held a police robot that officers had thrown into his home moments earlier.
Standing behind him was his wife, Alison "Ali" Mahler, who also raised her hands to show she was unarmed.
But within seconds, officers opened fire.
Kloepfer was struck multiple times in the chest and arm before collapsing to the floor screaming, "I'm shot!" while his wife shouted, "What the hell did you do?!"
Police initially claimed Kloepfer had confronted officers while armed.
But when the surveillance footage became public, it appeared to contradict key parts of that narrative.
The charges against Kloepfer were eventually dropped, and a district attorney later submitted a sworn statement claiming law enforcement officials had misrepresented important facts to obtain the warrant used to justify the raid.
Despite the controversy, no officers were criminally charged.
Kloepfer later filed a federal civil rights lawsuit, and the case ultimately ended in a $10 million settlement paid by Cherokee County and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.
I released a full breakdown of the Jason Kloepfer case, including the surveillance footage, the warrant controversy, the lawsuit, and how a man who appeared to be complying with police commands ended up being shot by a SWAT team inside his own home.
