Over at POST Wrestling, my colleague Bruce Lord and I discussed The Rainmaker's decision to finally leave New Japan and set his sights on the international wrestling market. With the Royal Rumble this coming weekend and the Road to WrestleMania upon us, we breakdown his prospects, what he means to the domestic fans and how he and Will Ospreay leaving is reminiscent of AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura leaving the company in 2016. Okada has had to search for himself without the IWGP Heavyweight Championship, but now NJPW needs to figure out who they are without Okada.
