CHECK IT OUT — THIS IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST AND MOST EXPENSIVE HOUSEBOATS EVER BUILT.
It took three years for Trifecta Houseboats to build this incredible watercraft for the Cooper family and it will launch soo. on Dale Hollow Lake in northern Tennessee.
It is 120 feet long and 22 feet wide.
Think about it.
This houseboat is more than a third the length of an NFL football field.
It is one of the biggest, if not THE biggest, houseboats ever made and the most expensive at more than $2 million.
I’ve spoken with the proud owners — very nice folks who describe the inside.
We are talking an incredible centerpiece kitchen, five bedrooms and so much more.
Here are some photos Cindy Cooper sent me of the inside of what will be the family summer home on Dale Hollow Lake.
Check it out.
Furniture is coming soon.
Plans are to launch the big boat soon and the family has graciously invited me to join them for the champagne christening and maiden voyage.
I hope to make it and share it all with you.
I’ve been on my share of houseboats, but what I call a “mansionboat?”
Never.
NO ICEBERGS IN DALE HOLLOW, RIGHT?

WELL … THIS ABOUT COVERS IT.
Define total losers?
Convicted felons driving car without functioning lights … caught with a gun … and a large stash of drugs.
Police in Estill Springs, TN conducted a routine traffic stop on a vehicle with non-functioning tag lights.
During the stop, officers noticed inconsistencies in the statements provided by the driver and passenger regarding their intended destination that evening.
After a brief roadside investigation, the driver consented to a search of the vehicle.
SMART MOVE THERE.
Before the search began, the passenger admitted to the presence of marijuana inside the vehicle.
Upon searching, officers discovered a loaded firearm and approximately 73.8 grams (roughly 2.5 ounces) of marijuana.
Further investigation revealed that the driver is currently on parole for previous charges related to Schedule II drugs (methamphetamine) and possession of a firearm with prior drug convictions.
The passenger was also identified as a convicted felon.
Following their arrest, a subsequent search uncovered 19 oxycodone/acetaminophen pills and 6.1 grams of a white, crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine.
GREAT JOB … WHEW.
***Interesting side note: I see continued busts involving marijuana.
You wonder why dealers still risk offering to sell it when anyone can just drive to Kentucky or Illinois … buy it there legally … and bring it back to Tennessee?
I’ll tell you one big reason why?
Street dealers here sell it at a much lower price than those legal pot stores and do big business.
That’s also why so many in Tennessee are now opting to quietly grow their own.
Folks, there are now more closet marijuana greenhouses in Tennessee than you can imagine.
The solution?
Legalize it here.
BUT WE ALL KNOW TN STATE LAWMAKERS WON’T DO THAT.
What do you think?

THE SWEET 16 … AND, THIS IS THE GAME MOST OF US HERE WILL BE WATCHING.
Third-seeded Kentucky vs. second-seeded Tennessee with tip off Friday at 6:39 central from Indianapolis.
The Wildcats beat the Vols twice during the regular season.
Can they do it three times?
Both teams have looked very good in the tourney so far.
I see it as a toss up game that will go down to the wire.
WHO YOU GOT?
